CSSI, LLC Terms of Use

CSSI, LLC encourages all sales professionals to agree to these Code of Ethics in order to establish the highest principles and standards. These principles are general statements expressing the ethical and professional ideals that are expected to display in your professional activities.

Principle 1 – Integrity: Provide professional services with integrity. Integrity demands honesty and candor, which must not be subordinated to personal gain and advantage.

Principle 2 – Objectivity: Provide professional services objectively and strive to be as unbiased as possible in providing advice to clients.

Principle 3 – Competence: Maintain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide professional services competently and shall not provide advice in areas where they are not capable. Make a continuing commitment to learning, and recognize opportunity or need for professional improvement.

Principle 4 – Fairness And Suitability: Be fair and reasonable in all professional relationships. Fully disclose any known conflicts of interest in a timely manner.  Take appropriate action to circumvent any other potential conflicts ensuring that all dealings and recommendations with clients shall be in the client’s best interests.

Principle 5 – Confidentiality: Protect the confidentiality of all client information and keep all client data private unless authorization is received from the client to share it. Relations with clients shall be kept confidential at all times.

Principle 6 – Professionalism: Act in a manner that demonstrates exemplary professional conduct.

Principle 7 – Diligence: Continuously provide professional services with appropriate due diligence.

Principle 8 – Full Disclosure: Fully disclose any known conflicts and provide complete details regarding any potential conflicts of interest to clients in a timely manner.  

This training website is a service made available by CSSI, LLC, and its affiliates (collectively referred to in this document as "CSSI"). 3. You will not disclose to others any content of the training Course in any form without express written permission from CSSI, LLC.

4. You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit this website or documents, or derivatives thereof;

5. You agree not to share your User ID and Password with any other person. 

6. You will not train others with the knowledge contained in the training and the related course material, nor are you affiliated, either directly or indirectly, with any organization involved in services competing with CSSI, LLC. 

7. You shall not make any use of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and graphics on this website without CSSI’s prior written consent.

8. You shall not use any robot, spider, other automatic software or device or manual process to monitor or copy the website or the content, information or services on this website.

9. You understand and agree that all Materials, concepts, and information (“Material”) presented in relation to The CSSI New Rep Training are protected by Trademark or Copyright laws are the property of CSSI, LLC.

10. You understand that you may discuss and use these Materials for the purpose of implementing the Materials in your sales practice with other staff and volunteers who work or volunteer for your business but that this Agreement is intended to indicate your understanding that you are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, resell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell these Materials.

The forms and content provided on this website is owned by CSSI, LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. CSSI, LLC and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to that content.

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Louisiana. You agree to waive all defenses or objections to such jurisdiction and venue.

Severability of Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

Entire Agreement 

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and CSSI, LLC in relation to the subject matter of the Terms and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and CSSI, LLC, whether oral or in writing. Both you and CSSI, LLC acknowledge that, in entering into these Terms, neither you nor we have relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between you and us prior to such Terms, except as expressly stated in the Terms.
